Senior Pastor
Jesus Christ is the Cornerstone and Head of the Church. The Senior Pastor, working under the auspices of the Great Shepherd, leads, guides and imparts vision to all aspects of the ministry at FECC. Click here for more information on the Senior Pastor.
Pastoral Staff
Pastoral staff are members of the office of the Senior Pastor. They oversee various congregations and other ministerial functions of the Church in areas such as Children Ministry, Missions, Youth and others, as delegated by the Senior Pastor. The pastoral staff assists the Senior Pastor in planning, administering and implementing the vision and activities of the church. Click here for more information on the pastoral staff.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, on behalf of the Church, together with the Senior Pastor exists to fulfill the mandate of the Church, including spiritual, legal and financial matters. A Director must possess the moral and spiritual qualities as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, and shall have previously served in the Board of Deacons. Directors serve without financial compensation in FECC.
Board of Deacons
The Board of Deacons ministers under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor. Deacons lend needed assistance to the Senior pastor in all spiritual affairs. A Deacon must possess the qualities as described in 1 Timothy 3:8-13 and Titus 1:5-9. Deacons serve without financial compensation in FECC.
