Welcome to PACE (Personal Advancement of Christian Excellence)!  We believe that every one in the Churchfamily has been called by God to grow and mature spiritually.

The goal of PACE is to equp every willing believer to become a committed disciple of Jesus Christ. There are four sub goals which guide how the classes are designed.  100 level classes are purposed to help you "get to know Jesus as my personal Savior and Lord"; 200 level classes are designed to "equip you to become a disciple os Jesus Christ"; 300 level classes are designed to help you "become a living witness of Jesus Christ"; and 400 level classes are designed to prepare you to "become a teacher of the Word."

Come, let us PACE together to become mature, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ.

Pressing on to Maturity    Room D102

The book of Hebrews could also be called "the book of better things" since the two Greek words for "better" and "superior" occur 15 times in the letter. This study will allow us to understand why “pressing on” to maturity in Jesus Christ is necessary and better than anything else in life. Find out why Christ is better than the prophets, better than the angels, better than Moses, better than the Aaronic priesthood, and better than the Law. Pressing on to maturity produces tested faith, self-discipline, and a visible love seen in fruitful works. In the end we will understand the absolute supremacy

Streams of the Living Water   Room D105

Based on his landmark work, Streams of Living Water, Richard Foster examines the six dimensions of faith and practice that define Christian tradition. He lifts up the enduring character of each tradition and shows how a variety of practices, from individual study and retreat to disciplines of service and community, are all essential elements of growth and maturity.  In this video-based discussion, we will consider the unique contributions of each of these traditions and learn from the inspiring stories of faithful people whose lives defined each of these "streams."
